What is Torque Motor Suites?
Torque Motor Suites is the first national luxury private garage suite brand, built for The Collector Class™. Each community is a private, gated place to secure, celebrate, and belong around the cars, collections, and community an owner has built. Think of what a country club is to golf. Torque is that for people who have earned a life worth housing. You own your suite, you make it your own, and you stand beside a community of owners who share the same standard.
What is a luxury private garage suite?
A luxury private garage suite is a privately owned, climate controlled space designed to secure and celebrate the cars, collections, and community an owner has built. It is not storage, and it is not a car condo. It is an owned address with the comforts of a private retreat, the security of a gated community, and the social life of a private club. Torque Motor Suites is the first national brand in the category.
How is Torque different from a car condo or storage unit?
A car condo sells square footage. A storage unit sells a locked box. Torque sells an address, a sanctuary, and a legacy. You own your Torque suite, you customize it, and you join a community of owners. The difference is not the walls. It is what happens inside them, and who you stand beside.
Who is Torque Motor Suites for?
Torque is built for The Collector Class™. These are owners, founders, collectors, and retirees in the building years of life, most living within fifteen minutes of a community. They have earned a life worth an address of its own, and they invest in identity, community, sanctuary, and legacy, never square footage.
Ownership and the Suite
Do you own a Torque suite or rent it?
You own it. A Torque suite is privately owned, not rented or leased. You can customize it, keep what you love inside it, and pass it on.
How large is a Torque suite?
Each suite starts at 1,200 square feet, with the option to join multiple suites for more space. Every location includes a first floor bathroom, and a 400 square foot mezzanine level is standard for most locations. Owners can further customize their space with a full bar area, specialty flooring, bathroom shower, and more.
What can I keep inside my Torque suite?
Owners keep cars, boats, motorhomes and Airstreams, motorcycles, and more. Many use their suite for collections like art, wine, or bourbon. Others make it an office or a private place to work and entertain. The suite is yours to shape around what you have built.
Can I customize my suite however I want?
Yes. Your suite is fully customizable to your tastes. Building codes do not allow for suites to be residential, with the exception of Torque Birmingham. Beyond that, the space is yours to design.
Is my Torque suite secure?
Every Torque community is gated, with entry for members only and high-tech security. That includes continuous exterior video surveillance. Local emergency services are informed of the nature of the property.
On top of that, owners can add their own security inside their suite and directly outside their suite door, so your protection layers over the community’s. No security system eliminates all risk.
The Community
Are there events at Torque?
Yes. Every location hosts regular events for members to gather, connect, and share the drive. Community is part of what you own, not an add-on.
Can I access other Torque locations?
Yes. As an owner, you are welcomed at Torque locations nationwide, suite to suite and city to city. Every community shares the same standard, and each has its own character. Membership is the credential that opens the door.
Locations
Where is Torque Motor Suites located?
Torque has two communities open now, both in the Cincinnati area. Torque Blue Ash sits across from Summit Park, and Torque Oakley at Three Oaks is open with owners already moved in and suites still available.
More communities are on the way, including Westmont in the Chicago area, Nolensville in the Nashville area, Noblesville in the Indianapolis area, and Birmingham next to Barber Motorsports Park and Museum. Each market is chosen for the community of owners it can serve.
What locations are open?
Torque Blue Ash is open, at 4310 Glendale Milford Road, across from Summit Park and minutes from I-75 and I-71. Phase I includes thirty suites and an owner clubhouse. Several owners are already moved in.
Torque Oakley at Three Oaks is also open, with owners already moved in. Located in the heart of Oakley just 1.5 miles from I-71, Torque Oakley is located within a 30 acre development.
Limited suites remain available at both locations, so you can own an existing address in Cincinnati now rather than wait for a build.

How much does a Torque suite cost?

What is StartLine Assurance?
StartLine Assurance is Torque’s written commitment to refund your reservation fee if a community does not reach completion, under the conditions stated in your written reservation agreement. It is how Torque removes the risk from reserving early, so owners can commit with confidence.
